Roland Ansieau (19011987) was a French art deco artist in the early 20th-century. Although little is known about his work, this poster has become a popular & sought after representation of his work for it’s bright colors and humorous subject. The poster depicts the dismay of a little girl chasing her dog, who has stolen her toast covered in Bannier jam.
